Who is Jamal Habib?
I’m Jamal Habib, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Brooklyn, NY. Fitness isn’t just my profession — it’s my passion. My mission is to guide people toward stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves by blending science-based training with real-world experience.
My Fitness Journey
I wasn’t always the trainer you see today. For years, I struggled with weight, energy, and consistency. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to want results but not know the right path. Through strength training, walking, and adopting a sustainable nutrition approach, I transformed my body and mindset.
This journey gave me more than physical results — it taught me discipline, confidence, and the belief that anyone can change when given the right guidance. That’s why I became a personal trainer: to help others experience the same life-changing benefits.
My Training Philosophy
I believe fitness should be simple, effective, and sustainable. No crash diets. No fads. Just proven training methods customized to you. Every program I design focuses on:
